I went into Mountain creek harley davidson to look at a red heritage softail deluxe recently, I was helped by one of their salesman named Hunter. I apologize for not getting his last name. Hunter took me back to show me the red softail deluxe which was a great looking bike but it wasn't what I could've seen myself riding. Hunter said, " I have another one back here as well and if you want I can show you it and see what you think." It was perfect, it was tastefully done with some simple accessories and Hunter never once pressured me during this whole process. He pointed out everything about the bike. We had a great conversation about how the bike only needed a really good detailed cleaning. The bike wasn't even that dirty but still. We then walked out and he didn't do the one thing alot of salesman do in their sales pitch. Whether it's a car salesman or motorcycle, he didn't say, "You know you'd look really good on that bike." To me as a customer a good product be it a car or a motorcycle usually does the biggest part of the selling just by presentation and feel from comfort to functionality. Hunter just did an amazing job to not pressing the issue and made my decision so much easier. To everyone Tyra, Amber, Noah and especially Hunter you guys were totally amazing. Thank you ever so much for a truly pain free and enjoyable experience.

Great motorcycle (2019 Soft tail slim), fair trade for my 2008 Sportster, and overall great experience with Hunter Gordon(Salesperson) and the whole Mountain Creek sales, service and parts staff.

Bought Softail Slim yesterday. Salesman was Ross. The whole buying experience at this dealer was great. Made me feel like one of the family and they legitimately care. Also feel like I got a great deal.

Great location and service. Can't remember the Gentlemen's name that assisted me (Young Handsome fella, and yes that's meant to embarrass in the friendly way)with purchase but outstanding service. I was in the market for new exhaust and they had the TAB B in stock but, I wasn't sure of the sound because I have only listened online but he searched that entire place to see if there was a pair mounted I could hear. Unfortunately there wasn't but, a couple bikes had others and he fired them up. I ended up going with my original request (TAB B) and they sound great. Great experience and next time or anytime I'm up that way I'll be stopping in.

I purchased a 2015 Harley Davidson Street Glide FLHXS Special and Chad Meyers was my Salesperson. From the time we met until I wrote the check, it was a positive experience. I am the proud owner of a 2013 110th Anniversary SuperGlide Custom (FXDCAE). I decided that some upgrade's were needed and I brought it to Mountain Creek HD and Mike Howard's service department. They installed a chrome front end,chrome switch housings,and hard saddle bags,which required relocating the rear turn signals,chrome clutch and brake covers and my bike looks like a diamond after the finished product!! Mike and his staff could not have been more professional and courteous and understood that this was a big commitment and expense on my part. The work was done to perfection and in a timely manner. I'm 37, and I'm new to riding. Just completed the MSF class and a couple days later, I made the drive from Cumming to Dalton. The service I received was outstanding, and never once did I feel pressured by anybody, or made to feel like a "newb". Adam was my salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. The ladies in their Motoclothes department and Heidi doing the paperwork, all a great experience. My first bike is a used sporty 883, and when I'm ready to upgrade, I'll definitely come back to shop. Thanks for making my first bike purchase such a wonderful experience. I could not be happier (or more excited).

Just brought the bike up over a recall. My husband rode his bike and my son and I followed in the car. The ladies at the counter were so great. One lady got my terror or a son a balloon, and then another after he popped that one.

I really liked dealing with Doug. I have bought 6 bikes all over the South from dealers. My first brand new one 2017 street glide special and it was the first one I didn't get a free helmet. But the experience was easy. Everyone was chill. I dig that. I would go back. Next time ima get that free helmet. I would refer the people and location. This morning I woke up and thought what the hell damn impulse buy.....then i rode it again! the bike is an amazing machine I love it very much.
