I had an electrical problem occur and since Mountain Creek was the only dealership near us that was open on Sunday, thats where we headed. My 2005 Heritage was on it's last leg when we pulled into a parking space outside the dealership. Marty, another young lad and Kari King did all they could do to find my problem and to make me feel at home. From my hotel room across the parking lot, I saw Kari taking my Heritage out for a test run just after 12 noon and we were back on our vacation before 1 PM. Rick was extremely helpful and Tammy took the bike and immediately showed me that there was an engine problem. The engine tear down had previously been approved by Harley's warranty dept., but not done at Rocket. Upon tear down it was found that the front cam bearing had completely seized and was underscoring the front cam. I received the bike back in far less time than expected and have had no problems at all. It has been back to Mountain Creek for the 1000 mile service and still running great. I will gladly bring my bike 200 miles to let the Service department work on my bike. There is no need to settle on poor service due to convenience, and the drive is well worth it. Everyone that I have talked to and worked with at MCHD has been helpful, polite, and great to talk with. Count me as a new, satisfied, faithful customer of this dealership.
